The three plans
- Starter ($29/mo) — 500 AI replies, 1 store, 1 seat. Solo sellers getting started.
- Growth ($59/mo) — Unlimited replies, 3 stores, 4 seats. Most sellers settle here.
- Scale ($149/mo) — Unlimited everything plus white-label, dedicated CSM. Multi-store or agency.
Annual billing
Switch from monthly to annual and you pay roughly 9 months instead of 12 — a 25% discount. You can do this any time from /billing without restarting your billing cycle.
What counts as a "reply"
A reply is one message Taskra sends to a customer — whether on autopilot or manually approved by you. Drafts you discard don't count. Responses to your own team don't count.
Upgrading and downgrading
Open /billing and pick the new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately — we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose what you paid for.
Trial behaviour
- 1Every plan includes a 7-day free trial — no card required to start.
- 2You can use Taskra to its full capacity during the trial.
- 3On day 6 we email you a heads-up so you can confirm or cancel.
- 4If no card is added, the account pauses on day 8 — your data is retained for 30 days in case you come back.
Cancelling
One click from /billing → Manage Billing → Cancel subscription. Your account stays fully active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you cancel and re-subscribe within 30 days, your store connections, FAQs and brand voice come back exactly as they were.
Invoices and VAT
Stripe sends an invoice for every charge with your billing details and VAT number if you've provided one. Download or update them from /billing → Manage Billing.
