Taskra reads: product titles, descriptions, variants, prices and images; customer orders and tracking info; your shipping and returns policies; and any existing pages or FAQs on your store. We only request read access — Taskra never modifies your store data.
Yes. The Taskra chat widget works with every Shopify theme — Dawn, Debut, Impulse, custom themes, and headless storefronts. Installation adds a small script tag to your theme automatically. You can customise the widget’s position, colour and branding from your Taskra dashboard.

Yes. Taskra connects to Shopify via the Admin API, which works for both standard Shopify stores and Shopify Plus / headless storefronts. For headless setups, you can embed the chat widget via a JavaScript snippet in your frontend framework. Contact us for setup guidance.
