Setting up email with a custom domain

Use your own branded support email (e.g. support@yourstore.com) with full SPF and DKIM authentication.

  1. 1Enter your support email in Taskra
  2. 2Choose your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
  3. 3Add the 3 DNS records Taskra shows you (TXT for SPF + DKIM, MX for inbound)
  4. 4Click Verify — most propagate in 5–10 minutes
  5. 5What customers see: replies arrive from support@yourstore.com — never Taskra
