What email address do customers see?

Understand how Taskra sends replies and how to make sure customers see your store email, not a Taskra address.

With full DNS setup (recommended)

Replies come from support@yourstore.com. SPF + DKIM authenticate the send so Gmail/Outlook don't mark it spam.

With Gmail forwarding only

Replies still come from your Gmail address — but ensure 'Send mail as' is configured in Gmail so the From field is your branded email.

Without any setup

Replies come from a Taskra-branded address. Not ideal — finish DNS setup to fix this.
