Shopify sellers still get most “where is my order?” traffic by email. Inbox Copilot reads those threads, drafts a reply from store data, and either waits for you or sends it — from your domain, not a third-party ticket address.
How the Taskra inbox works
You forward support@yourstore.com to a Taskra address. Incoming mail is classified, matched to order context when the customer includes an order number, and drafted in the voice you set. You work from Inbox Copilot instead of Gmail plus a spreadsheet.
Review mode vs autopilot
New stores should start in review mode. You tap send on drafts for a few days, then switch routine WISMO and sizing questions to autopilot. Complaints, refunds and low-confidence replies stay in the human queue. That split is covered in Autopilot vs Review mode.

What “good” looks like
A useful AI inbox is not a 100% send rate. It is a short queue of exceptions and a log of messages that went out correctly. Taskra’s analytics show resolution rate, response time and the questions that keep coming back — so you know what to add to training.
Frequently asked questions
Do customers see a Taskra email address?
No. Replies send from your store address when forwarding and DNS are set up correctly.
Can I approve replies before they send?
Yes. Review mode holds every draft. Autopilot sends routine messages and still flags refunds and complaints.
